We've been building roasters and "firing it up" since 1999 in Tucson, Arizona.
Since 1999, we have specialized in steel-constructed, propane-powered roasters engineered for consistent heat distribution and durable everyday use. Our lineup includes multiple sizes and configurations—motorized or hand-crank, regular or stainless steel barrels—so you can choose the right capacity for your needs, from compact tabletop models for home kitchens to larger units that roast 20–120+ pounds per batch for commercial operations.
You’ll find our roasters in front of grocery stores, in restaurant kitchens, at farmers’ markets, and in manufacturing settings across the country. We ship nationwide and take pride in building equipment that performs season after season.
